Sister Linnie Roest, what a privilege it is to honor this wonderful woman of God as our volunteer of the month. We are a blessed church with many people worthy of being celebrated, but none of them anymore than our dear Sister. Sister Linnie has served Haven of Hope faithfully for many years and has a heart for our community that stirs my own heart. We need more people with a burden for our town like Sister Linnie has, I say we pray for it, ask God to give it to us and just see what he does.
Sister Linnie is a "jack of all trades" when it comes to service at Haven of Hope. She has served faithfully in our Children's Church for many years. In addition to that she teaches Sunday School, plays the piano, the drums, and can harmonize with the best of them, and the list could go on. She loves her family, friends, and church fearlessly and we are proud she is one of us! Be sure and love on Sister Linnie a little extra this month, she deserves it!
